Next business i acquire i wont be calling you in to value it, great Fundamental Analysis.
Shares were at $8.30 in April and fallen to $2.00 in November for good reason being decline in business in previous fin year and estimate of $10m -$11m for first half of 18/19.
This is better analysis than a customer 'walk through' to determine future price

TRS have advised shareholders to reject the $2.70 offer which would put a floor under the price.
You would have to be delusional to be calling manipulation let alone calling 1 cent differentials in the queue from $2.73 to $2.74.

What will move this is another offer, which is why trading has been range bound for a month!
