Sure, there I agree with you, but a great many stocks trade for periods at levels that do not reflect fundamental valuation. But that doesn't mean there is manipulation involved, which is what you are claiming.

Bit of a red herring comment.
I was not disputing valuation (indeed, my shares were purchased at prices below $2.20); I was pointing out the financial risks in terms of the significant lease obligations. And I have indeed done so ins subsequent posts.
But let me ask you one more time, seeing that you believe the share price is wrong:
1. Where should it be trading?
2. Where would it trade if there was no live offer for the company at $2.70?
