Absolute no brainer to buy some today with Raph on the bid @ $2.70. No doubt he will have to up his bid if he's serious about getting control and clearly the door is open to someone else to enter the fray. With the market being so shaky, I've been loading up in a few takeover arbs - ECX, SMR and now TRS.
