Would an increase in the interest rate adversely affect TRS? I think it could quite easily result in increased sales. People looking to spend their hard-earned at TRS rather than at , say, Target or Myer. People choose not to purchase or replace high price items (cars, TVs) and spend more on the items available at places like TRS.
