I do believe they aren't allowed to acquire stock above $2.70 after making that bid on market like they did, correct me if I'm wring but until the offer runs out in January they can't buy more above that level, ie; complete FAILInteresting to see if they ever pick up even a single share at that price, as far as I can tell they haven't scored a single one after the announcement was made LOL.
