thanks, Kitty ... exactly what I wanted.   I was not certain about that restriction on them being prevented from buying above their $2.70 and was hoping someone would respond.    It makes sense of course ... but I wonder how its monitored .... whats to stop a takeover merchant getting their distant relatives and otherwise unconnected people to make purchases of $2.77 and selling at say $2.76.  Obviously losing a couple of hundred of bucks but not much if buying just a few shares every time .    And if they manage to force the market to view TRS as a basket case, then makes eventual takeover bid of (say) $ 2.75 very much easier.
