Normal market smarts, NST took a strong register position and set about a strategy.

Victor turned up in Nov last year, a new management team in Jan this year, Chair appointed in Aug. From Nov last year to now any interest in producing early gold was gone. NST had this sorted way back and have executed as you would expect a seasoned player to do. it is all legal and open to anyone to do it.

I dare say had EAR managed to obtained this sort of value by taking over a smaller company within the rules, most if not all holders would find little issues with it IMHO.
