    You can put it down as a "certainity" , that NST will be buying on market and absorbing stock seeking to exit at this stage , rather than waiting for the cash t/o paperwork !
    NST will be ensuring any other THIRD PARTY potential interest , is well and truly locked out by quickly moving to 51% .
