I'm not accepting the offer with the direction of gold prices and the opportunities that EAR have and the facilities already on hand.

NST it's not stupid they know it's a bargain at what they're offering. Management at EAR should start mining and keep drilling for more opportunities instead of what they have been doing and that is getting shareholders to chip in for exploration while NST have bought a position then sat back and waited for the cream.

Get on with mining I want my cream or NST make an offer worthy of what's in the ground.
