    Woohoo! I don't care what all you people wanting 50c say, I think this is excellent news, and I'll be accepting the offer unless something better comes through. All cash offer is great for both EAR and NST (of which I'm also a shareholder) imo. Unless the Chinese come in with an offer, I think shareholders would be silly not to accept this. More would be nice, but 33c all cash is good by me.
