Problem is that they are trying to acquire the shares compulsory by getting 50.1 % ownership. Once you accept, you can't change your acceptance and they will get the benefit of liquidation.
I'd rather push for a liquidation and get the benefits as a shareholder. Hope management put that up as an option for voting.
