Ah yes on paper, in the future maybe....but you don't know FAR management obviously, this scenario seems unpalatable at first, but the FAR wealth management destruction machine will soon lay waste to this cash, they wont give up their gravy train easily, its already started with them hiring an advisor, more wealth destruction, so they can keep their snouts in the trough.
Can only hope for a higher bid from someone else and for shareholders to oust the board and sell to a higher bidder.
