I would've thought CWX may have been placed in a trading halt until management released a statement either recommending or rejecting the offer.

I was at the RIU Conference last week and watched the sp fall prior to Dave Boyd's presentation. The sp looked like it was being manipulated down so I topped up. Nothing new in the presentation, though it is designed to attract interest from potential buyers, not current holders.

The BCA manganese resource upgrade in March should add some more value to CWX even if it doesn't get reflected in the sp. The same with the other jvs, they are all free swings for CWX as others are spending the money.

I will sit on the sidelines and see where this bid goes. At some point the board needs to say something.
