Surely for ease of takeover, you'd follow the tried and true "introduce mates to board to become cornerstone investors, get control of board, dilute shit out of existing holders with cheap placements to mates, perform cap raisings and use proceeds to pay yourself large salaries, wait until shareholders capitulate and then buy the whole thing for a song" method, or the various variations on it.
