Thank you Vestro for showing some light on the bid. Not being an AIR holder I had not delved into the last AGM where shareholders had agreed to split AIR into a further entity VeganSKN. Now I can see that AIR holders will still hold an interest in an unlisted company which is retailing the personal care products. I was not of he impression that ANO was involved in the current proposal but was just indicating that I perceive that Lev was taking into account all of his positions in those companies before TWD made the decision to bid for the building products and solar division of AIR. Based on the above I see that it is accretive for TWD and it is a good opportunity to buy in at these prices IMO.
