I agree with your concern. I am waiting to see the independent experts summary of this transaction and how it benefits AIR holders based on current information made available to them. There appears to be information which has not been made public in relation to the inventory held by AIR otherwise I cannot see why the takeover price is said to be reasonable value when it was such a discount to the current SP at the time of the announcement. So what has happened? For the record I am not an AIR holder.
