I have had a longer look at AIR since reading your post and it is now quite obvious that the last SP of 72c was a trade on Feb 25th and there have been no trades since. This is hardly indicative of a current market value even as there has been considerable "water under the bridge" since then. You may be right in that Lev is endeavouring to look after both his interests and the interests of AIR holders at the same time. TWD holders need to have a lot of faith in the "external" assessment of the value of the offer. It does feel as though this is hardly a win/win. How much of the stock is compatible with TWD's needs and are they going to continue business as it stands today. Knowing the economical mantra of the TWD,ANO, AIR stable of companies I would imagine that there is little fat to trim. I am anxious to see where the synergies are and what is the future of AIR longterm. Not a big holder of TWD or ANO but I am by no means underwater so I can afford to watch and wait.
