    Now the bid is only worth .62c per share for AIR holders. It was not hard to see that the market was unlikely to like this offer. It really does look like dilution to takeover a company which is not going to improve the bottom line for TWD. If it is seen by the board to be a worthy addition to the TWD business then it needs to be spelt out thoroughly by the board and well supported by the external assessors.
