Today, I got an email from Kin's Group telling me to Act Now and transfer the shares to them or when the deal is over, sp will crash.

I raise questions:

1) How could they have my email? Isn't that a breach in privacy?

2) Why so rush? Shouldn't Pact independent report coming out this or next week and Pact told us to take No Action? Are you trying to ditch every last efforts before a response from Pact having a chance to speak for itself?

3) Share price hasn't dropped down to your price, why should I act Now??????

4) It was just like our holders, initially he might get some momentum, but eventually it will be faded, and last 2 announcements he made, doesn't look like he has accumulated 0.01% of share yet, and doesn't look like he can request for privatisation under 75% either. Sit down, baby.

I urge Pact to make an announcement to verify their reasons for keep making us wait with No Action?
