As expected, if the independent adviser said anything else then they weren't doing there job and the whole thing would have been a roose!
So now it will be interesting to see where the SP goes????
Will Ruffy raise his offer price?? I doubt it but he may close the gap between where he is and the valuation from the independent valuer.
Will the SP rally? Possibly but I don't think it will.
Is there bad news coming re this years outlook, I suspect possibly. If so I suspect the Sp may soften.
