the stock trades 10% below the offer. seems like lev lost all his credibility among shareholders. his new reputation of being a ruthless majority shareholder that screws over other shareholders is well deserved.
has anyone knowledge into the legal framework of publicly listed Australian companies that are controlled by one entity? there is plenty of weird stuff going on and some of it can't be legal.
