One of the interesting things for me as a small holder, is that LM is effectively saying 'there is a lot of negative commentary about the company. As the top 20 including LM hold nearly 76%, (Annual Report), LM is saying, and particularly to small holders, 'if you want to sell, I will buy you out. If you want to come on the journey with me on this then, don't sell into the Take Over offer (no minimum condition). The last 3 years have been a challenge. And ANO is not out of the woods just yet.
On the comments about 'pump and dump', if liquidity in the stock is tightened further, the 'dumpers' can sell their shares to LM in this offer. it might end up going private for a while until they can get the business to where it can be listed in the US or elsewhere.
I have to say, I am inclined to stay a holder on this journey for while yet.
