you don't want them to talk publicly since it only shows how bad they are at running the business. last time they came public they announced the purchase of shares at 96 cents. since then silence. they were dishonest for years and now the majority owner and chairman intends to increase his stake at depressed levels. he picked the ceo who is obviously completely unfit to run the company. loyalty is more important to the chairman than skillset.
