As usual with an Acton announcement there is some confusing wording.
Per ann 30/8/2023 (last update of shares on issue) - total shares are 62,431,719
Lev currently holds in the order of 32,202,281 (51.58%)
Other shareholders are 30,229,438
An acquisition of 11,237,709 lifts Lev to 70% of shares in total, leaving other shareholders at 30%.
It seems to be a way for Lev to deal with this in one hit rather than stand in the market with his usual creeping acquisition.
