I do wonder whether some of the large shareholders will help get this over the line if they are given a stake in the private company......at 48c it seems like a steal and retail get a poor deal handed to them

>50m in revenues and cashlow positive next year would seem to indicate that if they can get a profit margin of ~10% and add growth to the mixture, then this should be worth north of 75m, but if the board accept, then it would indicate they are not confident of hitting that cashflow positive goal
