I see much higher value in Whispir. Workflow IT is the future and two years ago Whisipir was valued at approximately 10 times annualized recurring revenue (ARR). The market has gone from extreme overvaluation to extreme undervaluation. Even at 48 cents the capitalisation of Whispir is approx only one times ARR.

I dont value Whispir at ten times ARR. However, one times ARR is far too low. I feel the true value of Whispir is somewhere in the middle - perhaps 3 x ARR or approx $1.50.

Do your own research but I see this takeover as opportunistic and if we hold on longer the market will realise a much fairer value for Whispir.
