A shocking outcome for long-term investors. In my personal opinion am not surprised that the business is in the state that it is in. The platform and customer base is quite strong however the revolving door of leadership and poor financial management has cost the business and their shareholders. In my opinion the board took too long to remove Jeromy and now the damage is done.

A customer and IP acquisition by a competitor could be a good outcome for everyone but the price needs to be right for long-term holders.
