The offer weighs the exploration activities of the company, but not the ore reserves or prospects, which seems to unfairly value the company.
HLX have actually (in comparison to peers) done a decent job of spending raised money in the ground, and so I think the offer also undervalues their expertise and knowledge of the area. So I think it’s a bit disingenuous to imply they have frittered money away.
and a cheaper point - is this a fax? If it is I’ll say that’s an interesting look for a group that wants to update the company.
