This company hasn't had time to truly benefit from a deal with Legacy Minerals and then someone steps in to try to acquire. While out the risk spectrum far beyond Legacy Minerals its risk was anchored somewhat more by recent happenings and time should elapse to see if the distance between capital raisings are greater. Or if exploration results are greater than they would be etc.
Go the harder route and turn down the takeover bid/'easier' funding routes. Our capital markets can take this risk.
