As I understand it, HLX management currently has no influence over this situation, which could be the worst outcome for them, as it appears to be a board and management takeover. However, it may be a positive outcome for Helix shareholders who purchased shares at lower prices. In my opinion, the strategic rationale outlined by Acta Investment Group Pty Ltd aligns with the interests of most HLX shareholders, particularly long-term investors who, unfortunately, won’t recover their losses with the 0.005 offer price.
