Let me play Devils advocate here.
Last week, we had an offtake agreement that would give us a profit of around 75 million a year.
Today, we have a merger where we have to pay 2 million up-front (for what) and now our customer is ourselves. The big question is how the new company will be structured, what the SP will be of the new company and what will our shares convert to.
I like the idea that we'll be getting those graphene/graphite patents.
Interesting times.
