re: Ann: Intention to redomicile - supplement... Agree with your concerns Sirloin and to add a couple more:
- 22,700 shares were exchanged Wednesday and according to the announcement this morning all were purchased through the share buyback plan after the shareprice had dropped approx 10 cents. Concerning for two reasons, what would they have dropped to without the buyback plan and secondly there weren't any interested buyers at all.
- second concern is the statement, "possible demerging and listing on the HKEx of Astron’s mineral sands business". To me this means that the mineral sands components (which is why I'm in the company anyway) can be separated from ATR and listed only on the HK Ex.

Agree an option for minority holders to be bought out for a fair price seems a reasonable solution.
