yes the ASX has additional requirements, still, more than 50% if the companies listed are junk grade, some have never made a profit but manage to raise equity just fine.
what l am thinking is while l know companies, very comfortable with the market other relatives do worry me should l not be around.
having a diversified base (incase the worst happens) off market would not worry me.
for me things are fine, but l am aging and am thinking of the future... what is the best option? hence l ask questions and am less concerned with off market
