Sorry all, trying to get my head around this capital raise. So is the offer that for every 6.5 share you hold as of 3rd Sept you are entitled to purchase 1 share at $13 anytime between 3rd Sept and 30th Sept 2022?
Apologies if this is a silly question as I'm relatively new to trading.
