5 yrs ... it's a growth story play. 10 years and beyond, it's everyone's game in a massively growing market. I'll be watching passing of bill in California amongst other states. You'll find plenty of other similar deals inked in recent months or years, some larger, some smaller. That said, expense mgmt is a direct control by the company (mostly) ... i will be more worried about things beyond their control.
We just got a high of $13.38, no doubt more profit-taking is happening but getting absorbed pretty quickly.
