    ... Ms. Cathie Reid announcing "Take No Action" is an act of incompetence given the current Interactive Takeover Bid terms cannot be met without 5GN.

    I hope Ms. Cathie Reid is not indicating a potential conflict of interest and / or leaving a potential decision to be investigated for a ‘Collective failure’ for "Take No Action" by the watchdog ASIC which could Take Court Action over this CYB bungled clearing system.
