INTEREST: AIA: AIAL Sets Rate on Bond Offer
Auckland International Airport Limited today announced that the interest rate
for its issue of NZ$100 million of 7 year fixed rate Bonds has been set at
4.73% p.a. This reflects a margin of 1.30% p.a. over the 7 year swap rate of
3.43% p.a.
The Final Terms Sheet of the offer is now available and attached. The bonds
will be issued on 13 December 2012 with a maturity date of 13 December 2019.
