Further to the announcement made by ANZ Bank New Zealand Limited on April 16,
2013, the interest rate payable on the ANB Perpetual Callable Subordinated
Bonds (ANBHA), will be reset to 5.28% per annum.
The April 16, 2013 interest reset rate will be reflected in our trading
system from market open on April 17, 2013.
