INTEREST: FCG: Fonterra announces Interest Rate for Bond Issue

FONTERRA ANNOUNCES INTEREST RATE FOR BOND ISSUE

Following the successful bookbuild process for its bond offer, Fonterra
Co-operative Group Limited confirmed today that the offer has closed and the
full issue amount of $250 million plus oversubscriptions of $100 million has
been allocated to the participants (or their clients) in the bookbuild
process. There was no public pool for the offer.

The interest rate for the fixed rate bonds will be 4.33 per cent per annum,
which reflects a margin of 0.75 per cent over the swap rate for the period
the same term as the bonds. The bonds will be issued on 20 April 2015 and
will mature on 20 October 2021. The bonds are expected to be quoted on the
NZX Debt Market.
