Co-operative Group Limited today, the interest rate payable on the Fonterra
Capital Notes (FCGHA) has been reset with effect from 10 July 2012 to 4.21%
per annum.
The interest rate reset will be reflected in our trading system from Market
Open on 11 July 2012.
