Co-operative Group Limited today, the interest rate payable on FCGHA Capital
Notes, has been reset to 4.33% per annum with effect from today, Wednesday,
10 July 2013.
The interest rate reset will be reflected in our trading system from market
open on Thursday, 11 July 2013.
