Further to the announcement made by Fonterra Co-operative Group Limited
today, the interest rate payable on FCGHA Capital Notes has been reset to
5.44% per annum, with effect from today, Thursday, 10 July 2014.
The interest rate reset will be reflected in our trading system from market
open on Friday, 11 July 2014.
