Subject: NFFHA Distribution Rate Reset

Message:

NZX Regulation ("NZXR") advises that the distribution rate payable on the
Nufarm Finance (NZ) Limited ("NFF") Preference Shares ("NFFHA") was reset to
6.635% per annum, with effect from Wednesday, 15 October 2014.

The distribution rate reset will be reflected in our trading system from
market open tomorrow, Thursday, 6 November 2014.
