Message:

Further to the announcement made by Nufarm Finance (NZ) Limited ("NFF")
earlier today, the distribution rate payable on the Nufarm Finance Preference
Shares (NFFHA), has been reset, with effect from today, 15 October 2013, to
6.5167% per annum.

The distribution rate reset will be reflected in our trading system from
market open on Wednesday, 16 October 2013.
