Message:

NZX Regulation ("NZXR") advises that, further to the announcement released
earlier today, the interest rate payable on the NFF Preference Shares
(NFFHA), will be reset to 7.03% from today, Monday 15 October 2012. This will
be reflected in the trading system from tomorrow, Tuesday 16 October 2012.
