Further to the announcement made by Nufarm Finance (NZ) Limited on April 15,
2013, the distribution rate payable on the Nufarm Finance Perpetual Bonds
(NFFHA), will be reset to 6.9525% per annum.
The April 15, 2013 distribution reset rate will be reflected in our trading
system from market open on April 17, 2013.
