Origin Energy Contact Finance No. 2 Limited (OECF#2) announces that, in
accordance with the terms of its Preference Shares (OCFHA) as set out in the
investment statement and prospectus dated 30 August 2007, the dividend
payable on the Preference Shares has been reset with effect from 15 October
2012 to 4.02%.
