INTEREST: SKC030: Capital Notes Quarterly Coupon

Pursuant to the Trust Deed for SKYCITY Entertainment Group Limited's Capital
Notes, SKYCITY advises that the quarterly interest on the Capital Notes,
payable on Monday 16 February 2015, will be paid to Capital Note holders on
the register as at 5.00pm on Friday 30 January 2015. Details of the interest
payment are included in the attached Appendix 7.
