INTEREST: SKC030: SKYCITY Capital Notes Appendix 7

Pursuant to the Trust Deed for SKYCITY Entertainment Group Limited's Capital
Notes, SKYCITY advises that the quarterly interest on the Capital Notes,
payable on Monday 17 November 2014, will be paid to Capital Note holders on
the register as at 5.00pm on Friday 31 October 2014. Details of the interest
payment are included in the attached Appendix 7.
