INTEREST: SKT: Bond Interest Rate Reset
SKY wishes to advise that the Interest Rate on the $200 million unsecured
unsubordinated Bonds for the period 16 October 2015 to 15 October 2016, is
3.38% per annum payable semi-annually. This figure is equal to the Reference
Rate on 14 October 2015 of 2.73%, plus the Margin of 0.65% per annum.
This is the final rate re-set as these bonds mature on 16 October 2016.
